We’re excited to announce something nourishing to kick off the season — a community cleanse in partnership with Carmella, our favorite local juice bar here in Healdsburg!


Starting a week from Monday, you’ll have the option to join us for a:


  • 1-Day Cleanse – a quick reset

  • 3-Day Cleanse – deeper detox

  • 5-Day Cleanse – full body refresh



To make it simple:

You can walk right into Carmella’s Juice Bar in Healdsburg and pick up the juices specially made for this cleanse. Just let them know Just Breathe Chiropractic sent you!


We’re here for your health and wellness — and this is the perfect time to reset, recharge, and feel amazing.



Here’s how we’ll start each day:

16 ounces of fresh celery juice on an empty stomach

A vibrant juice for breakfast

A wholesome salad for lunch

A light, healthy dinner — such as another salad or a nourishing plant-based option.


This is a wonderful way to give your body a break, reset your digestion, and bring more energy and clarity into your daily life.
