Immune Booster Juice!

Immune Boosters Juice with Beetroot

Hi all,

As many of you know, our bodies can absorb the vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and enzymes more effectively in juice.

If you have a juicer, try this recipe out.

Add 1 peeled beetroot (anti-inflammatory and packed with vitamin c)

1 -2 stalks of celery (high in anti-oxidants)

️ 1-2 inches of ginger root (powerful for colds/flus)

1 carrot (packed with beta carotene)

1 orange

2 limes (more vitamin c)

️ 1 apple (this is optional )

Wash/scrub those beets be cut in small pieces.

This weeks hours are:

Monday: 3-6pm

Tuesday: 11-2pm

Wednesday: 10-12 noon & 3-6pm

Thursday: 10-12 noon

Friday: emergencies only
