I AM...


I AM... The words you tell yourself, can be a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Last week I asked you all to slow down, unplug and breathe. Did you get a chance to reconnect with yourselves? I strongly recommend radical self-care in these times.

  1. Breathe deeply. In your nose and out your mouth. Repeat.

  2. Start to appreciate everything and everyone.

  3. Your thoughts create your physical experience. When you feel good, everything you see looks better. (align your mind and the positive thoughts will come)

  4. Unplug for 1 hour. Maybe try to not have your phone on all the time.

  5. Meditate. Close your eyes for 5 minutes and listen to calming music.
