Dear Just Breathe Community,
We wanted to take a moment to reintroduce ourselves and share what makes our care at Just Breathe Chiropractic unique.
We practice a special form of chiropractic called NetworkSpinal — a gentle, precise, and deeply effective approach that works directly with the nervous system to unwind stored tension in the spinal cord and restore balance throughout the body.
This work is especially powerful for people who are:
Under high stress or in a constant state of “fight or flight”
Feeling emotionally or physically overwhelmed
Experiencing pain, fatigue, or tension that seems stuck
We also specialize in care for pregnant women and children. During pregnancy, your body is undergoing rapid change — structurally, hormonally, and emotionally. Your body is craving alignment during this time. Gentle chiropractic adjustments support a more comfortable pregnancy, optimal baby positioning, and smoother labor and delivery.
Children, too, respond beautifully to this work. Whether they’re recovering from birth, navigating growth spurts, or experiencing emotional or sensory overwhelm, NetworkSpinal helps their nervous systems integrate and adapt with greater ease.
Rather than force or crack the spine, we use light touches that help your body release old patterns and shift into ease, connection, and strength. Over time, this work helps create a more resilient nervous system — so you (and your family) can handle life with more clarity, calm, and energy.
Whether you’re returning to care or just curious, we’d love to reconnect and support your next steps toward greater well-being.
With warmth and ease,
Dr. Elizabeth Sordyl
