There are many more life stresses today than there were 5 years ago. And then when you add relationship concerns, financial pressures, and health challenges, your nervous system is constantly being bombarded and our bodies aren't functioning optimally to be able to handle this kind of volume. This results in you feeling disconnected, uninspired, on auto pilot, reactive, defensive, judge mental, high strung, taking things personally, sleepless, anxious, depressed, fatigued, relentless mental chatter, self-doubt, and the inability to focus. When you ignore all those whispers that your body's telling you something, the symptoms over time will get louder and louder. This will create chronic stress, pain and disease.

Tuesday: 11:30am-2pm
Wednesday: 10-12noon & 3-6pm
Thursday: 3-6pm
Saturday: pop-up YOGA on the lawn, 9-10:15am & 10:30am entrainments (the specialized adjustments )
