Here is a list of things you do to enhance your immune system and well being.
🍊 eat more oranges (aids development of healthy skin, teeth, gums, eyes, muscles and joints)
🌱elderberry, garlic, echinacea, reishi, and oregano are all anti-viral herbs and can boost your immune health.
🥑avocado, sesame seeds, raw nuts, grapes, and strawberry’s can help infuse your body with nutrients and allow h to e brain to produce neurotransmitters that give you a natural high.
