Here are some of my favorites:
Asparagus, bok choy, broccoli, brussels sprouts, Colliflower, cabbage, carrots, onion, garlic, ginger, thyme, oregano, oranges, lemons, grapefruit, blueberries, kiwi, goji, mulberries, Rice, oats, bone broth, chicken, wild fish, chickpeas, coconut, walnuts, mushrooms, honey, apple cider vinegar and miso 🧄🥬🥦
We want you to know that we will be open this week and we are taking special precautions to keep our clinic absolutely clean and safe for your healing. We will continue to wipe down the tables and washing our hands after every patient, but our ozone machine and hepa filter will be on in the office.
Your immune system is so important and we know you know it's so important to have even better nutrition during this stressful time. If you can cut down your intake of sugars and hydrate with more filtered water, you will feel better. Also, your body needs movement. Get out and breathe clean air, sunshine and don't forget you need 8+ hours of sleep.
