Golden Tumeric milk is a powerful Ayurvedic Indian drink with medicinal properties. It’s great to build your immunity when you’re suffering from a cold, cough, sore throat headache’s, joint aches etc:
* 1 cup milk (coconut/soy/almond)
*3/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder or fresh turmeric root
*1 teaspoon honey
*1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
*dash of cinnamon
*mix together and simmer for 3 minutes
